Our commitment
Requests relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, spurious or materially misdescribed products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect
Contact admin.butterflymart@gmail.com promptly after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the product and packaging until we reply. Please do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Return condition and eligibility
Where a return is approved, the item should be unused and returned with its original packaging and included components unless the defect or applicable law requires otherwise. Because jewellery and personal accessories can have hygiene and wear considerations, change-of-mind returns, preference-based returns and exchanges are subject to the terms disclosed on the product listing or at purchase. These limits do not override applicable consumer rights.
Review and resolution
We will review your request and explain the available resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, repair or refund as appropriate to the issue, product availability and applicable law. We may request reasonable additional information to verify the concern.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and method. Where possible, refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider or bank. For COD orders, we will contact you to confirm an appropriate refund method. Applicable delivery or return charges, if any, will be explained and handled in accordance with law.
Order cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number if you need to cancel. Cancellation may not be possible after dispatch. Accepted refunds are handled using the method and timing communicated to you, subject to applicable law.
